• Donate 5,000+ tickets annually (global target).
• Enable 75,000 volunteer hours globally per year, with UK teams supported to volunteer one day annually—focusing on sharing professional skills as well as hands-on support.
• Spend 35% of food budget locally (aspirational global target).
• Engage with local charities, schools, and stakeholders to support causes that matter most.
• Promote health and wellbeing through walking/cycling routes, healthy food and mental health partnerships.
• Provide apprenticeships, work experience and skills sharing for young and disadvantaged people.
• Survey audiences, staff, promoters, clients, landlords and local authorities on material sustainability issues and use results to shape actions.
• Support charitable fundraising initiatives including annual “Month of Giving” campaign. -
Protecting the Environment
Divert more than 50% waste from landfill by 2025 and achieve 90%+ recycled or recovered by 2030.
• Eliminate single-use plastics in food, beverage and merchandise by 2027.
• Reduce food waste by 75% by 2027 with focus on local, seasonal and plant-based sourcing.
• Cut water use by 25% by 2030; use carbon-neutral suppliers where possible by 2026.
• Reduce energy use (gas/electricity) by 25% by 2030; phase out gas and switch to LED/energy-saving systems.
• Implement Sustainability & Environmental Management System (SEMS) at every venue by 2026.
• Aspire for every venue to achieve green credentials such as Green Meetings Award, AGF Certification, LEED or BREEAM.
• Reduce GHG emissions by 25% by 2030, net zero supply chain by 2040, net zero operations by 2050 and Begin tracking Scope 1 2 and 3 by 2026
• Begin tracking audience, staff & business travel data by 2026; promote EV, cycle-to-work, public transport and no-idling policy.
• Integrate sustainability criteria into all new venue designs, refurbishments and supplier selection. -
Investing in People
Be an inclusive organisation across gender, race, disability and LGBTQI+.
• Maintain 48% of managers from underrepresented groups and increase diverse supplier spend to 30% by 2030 (global targets).
• Deliver apprenticeship and work experience programmes for young and disadvantaged people.
• Provide unconscious bias training and career development plans for all staff.
• Continue leadership development programme and prioritise promotion from within to build long-term careers.
• Publish gender pay gap annually and work to minimise it.
• Embed a culture of continuous learning, mental wellbeing and accessibility across all venues.
• Implement Legends Global Accessibility Policy and aspire to achieve Attitude is Everything Gold Standard across all venues.
