About the Role
Support AO Arena’s premium offering by delivering high-quality sales administration, client management, and event execution across Corporate & Events (C&E) and VIP hospitality. Acting as a key link between clients, Sales Managers, and internal teams, you’ll manage enquiries, create proposals, coordinate site visits, and oversee delivery from booking through to post-event feedback.
As the main contact for premium clients, you’ll ensure a seamless, first-class experience while maintaining accurate data and meeting all contractual commitments. You’ll also support revenue growth by managing sales pipelines, progressing contracts, and identifying upsell opportunities. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Hospitality, and VIP teams, you’ll help deliver exceptional event-day experiences with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:
End-to-end ownership of premium client relationships – acting as the primary point of contact for AO Arena’s premium members, managing enquiries, sharing show updates, and proactively enhancing the client experience.
Responsibility for converting enquiries into revenue – producing costed proposals and bid documents, progressing opportunities through to contract stage, and supporting upselling and relationship-building with new and existing clients.
Coordination and delivery of premium event experiences – overseeing suite bookings, ticketing, guest lists, catering requirements and live event materials, while supporting on-site delivery as a Premium Host.
Collaboration across teams to drive seamless execution – working closely with sales, operations and catering teams to ensure smooth delivery, gather client feedback, and resolve any service issues effectively.
Management of data, systems, and promotional support – maintaining accurate client records and databases, monitoring sales pipelines, supporting marketing and content activity, and providing administrative support to the wider sales team.
You will have:
Strong experience in premium client-facing environments – bringing proven expertise in sales administration, hospitality or events, with the confidence to act as a primary contact for VIP and premium clients.
Excellent organisation and commercial awareness – managing multiple enquiries, contracts and deadlines while producing costed proposals and supporting opportunities through to successful conversion.
A solid understanding of sales processes and systems – confidently managing pipelines, monitoring enquiry progression, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring compliance with sales procedures.
A collaborative, hands-on approach to delivery – working cross-functionally with sales, operations, hospitality and catering teams, supporting site visits, live events, and resolving issues professionally.
A proactive and client-focused mindset – building lasting relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, contributing to promotional activity, and using data and feedback to continuously enhance the client experience.
