THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Strategy Consulting team in Madrid, providing strategic advisory services to leading clients in the sports industry, including top European clubs such as FC Porto and Real Madrid.
The role focuses on supporting clubs in identifying and unlocking value-creation opportunities across their non-sporting business lines (e.g. ticketing, sponsorship, merchandising, catering, museum, stadium tours, etc) as well as designing strategic and actionable plans to help deliver that value.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and hands-on, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to work independently. They should demonstrate strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Expertise, a structured problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for the sports industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategic consulting projects tailored to client needs, with a focus on generating measurable business impact.
Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure clients are ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Prepare high-quality presentations and reports to communicate insights, recommendations, and project outcomes.
Collaborate closely with client teams and Legends Global internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, managing expectations and delivering value consistently.
Monitor project performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to maximize client impact.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, sports organizations, or a corporate strategy role.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Fluency in English.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
