PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Mestalla is the irrigation ditch that unites our stadiums. It gives its name to the old stadium and also runs through the new one. It not only connects the past and the future, but is a symbol of continuity, keeping the essence and tradition of the club alive. Thus, the Nou Mestalla will not only be the stadium of the future but also show the legacy of our history. A stadium designed for all types of events, with hospitality first-class VIP experiences and a huge variety of spaces available, with which to elevate the city of Valencia to the next level.

THE ROLE
The CRM Coordinator will support the CRM Manager in the execution and day-to-day management of CRM operations, while also collaborating closely with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment between data, sales processes, and business strategy.
This role will play a key part in maintaining data quality, supporting campaign execution, and developing reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to improve performance and decision-making.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Reporting to the CRM Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Translate business requirements into CRM solutions in collaboration with developers, ensuring the system structure is scalable, sustainable, and aligned with commercial go-to-market plans.
Provide direct support to the Operations Manager to align CRM data with business needs, project strategy, and financial/legal processes.
Identify friction points in operational workflows and implement best practices to ensure the CRM is a usable, effective, and high-performing tool for Sales Representatives.
Create, maintain, and optimize reports and data visualizations to provide insights for decision-making and project strategy adjustments.
Monitor CRM adoption and data quality across the team, ensuring all records are updated accurately while maintaining alignment between CRM logic and contractual terms.
Support audience segmentation and digital campaign execution across email and sales channels, monitoring performance to drive revenue.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and external club partners to ensure consistent data usage and reporting standards.
Act as the first line of support for day-to-day CRM operations, assisting in training users on new processes, tools, and data analysis initiatives.
Leverage data analysis to locate new process improvement opportunities and contribute to ad hoc strategic projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this role successfully, candidates should demonstrate the following:
1–3 years of experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Experience supporting CRM campaigns, workflows, and data management.
Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a strong plus.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Languages: Spanish and English required; Valencià is a plus.
