The Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals who thrive in fast‑paced kitchen environments and take pride in delivering high‑quality food under pressure. Previous kitchen or catering experience is desirable but not essential — a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn are key.

This role is ideal for those seeking flexible work that fits around studies, other employment, or personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and service across kitchen and catering areas

• Support chefs and kitchen teams in delivering high‑volume matchday service

• Ensure food is prepared and presented to the required standards

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

• Maintain clean, organised, and well‑stocked kitchen work areas

• Work collaboratively as part of a busy culinary team in a live‑event environment

What we're looking for

• Previous culinary, kitchen, or catering experience is desirable but not essential

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Able to work evenings, weekends, and high‑energy matchdays

• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic

• Able to commute to Emirates Stadium

Recruitment Process Outlined

• As part of the application, candidates will be asked to record a short video response to a couple of questions, allowing us to get to know you beyond your CV.

• Applications and videos will be reviewed by the Legends Global team, with successful candidates invited to an interview and induction at Emirates Stadium.

This role is offered on a casual, event‑based basis, with evening and weekend work aligned to matchdays and stadium events.

Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks. These may include verification of identity, proof of address, right to work, employment history, qualifications, and—where relevant to the role—a basic or enhanced DBS check. All checks will be carried out in line with data protection law and we will only request information that is necessary for the role.
