THE ROLE
The Senior Supervisor VIP & Events is responsible for overseeing the overall operation and service delivery within VIP areas, ensuring a high-quality experience for guests while maintaining alignment with organizational standards, protocols, and strategic objectives. This role involves coordinating teams, supporting operational planning, and acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervise day-to-day operations within VIP areas to ensure service standards are consistently met.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support smooth event execution.
Monitor staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and security protocols at all times.
Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of VIP services and experiences.
Handle guest interactions, including addressing inquiries, feedback, or concerns in a professional manner.
Support incident management processes by escalating issues when appropriate and contributing to their resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations, staffing, and guest experience.
