PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Legends Global is proud to once again partner with FC Barcelona, one of the most iconic institutions in world sport, as the club advances its long-term vision to elevate its premium experience and transform the Spotify Camp Nou.
Following the success of the first phase — during which Legends Global led the commercialization of the stadium’s entire VIP Hospitality portfolio — this next chapter represents a historic evolution: the launch and commercialization of a new category of VIP assets with long-term financial value, offered through an innovative licensing-based model.
This second project marks a decisive step in expanding and strengthening the club’s premium offering, contributing to the development of strategic assets aimed at high-value corporate clients and partners.
THE ROLE
The Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the team and is a key driver for project organization and content creation for multi-channel marketing and sales campaigns.
You will be responsible for supporting marketing campaign management, as well as executing compelling content that will support our sales goals, elevate the brand story, and inspire businesses to engage with and support the transformation of FC Barcelona’s stadium. The Marketing Manager will help design and execute compelling digital marketing and advertising campaigns alongside the Legends management team and FCB marketing and communications teams to optimize the performance of the premium sales team.
We are looking for a self-starter, who is confident in their abilities, and able to work effectively while managing multiple priorities. This individual should be highly organized and able to balance strategic problem solving with thought-provoking creative thinking.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Marketing Manager’s responsibilities and essential job functions includebut are not limited to:
Assist in the creation, implementation, management, and measurement of omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, webinars and sponsored events, paid search, display ads, retargeting, direct mail, etc.).
Coordinate with Legends management and sales team to leverage marketing assets, campaigns and creation of special events to achieve sales objectives.
Collaborate with FC Barcelona and Legends Global Sales to maintain brand integrity and authenticity throughout all campaigns and production of marketing materials.
Develop wide variety of compelling copy and video content for website, campaigns, sales materials, sales center and other digital marketing channels.
Organize and manage content/asset library for campaigns, sales materials, sales center and other digital marketing channels.
Ensure marketing plans stay on track by handling multiple moving projects simultaneously from origin to execution.
Ability to meet deadlines and work with changing priorities.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and gain insight to assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a campaign, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s Degree required - Business, Marketing or similar degree (B.A.) from a four-year college, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
2 to 4 years of demonstrated experience in marketing and content creation.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels that engage and sales focused.
Strong copywriting skills to drive lead conversion and sales results.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
Ability to handle multiple design projects in a fast-paced weekly workflow.
Must be able to work collaboratively across all departments and have a team-first mentality.
Detail oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
Strong desire to learn, grow, and innovate as a marketing professional.
Language skills: Spanish and English are required, Catalan preferred.

Location: On-site, Barcelona (Spain).
Availability for events and commercial activations outside regular working hours.
