PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Legends Global is proud to once again partner with FC Barcelona, one of the most iconic institutions in world sport, as the club advances its long-term vision to elevate its premium experience and transform the Spotify Camp Nou.
Following the success of the first phase — during which Legends Global led the commercialization of the stadium’s entire VIP Hospitality portfolio — this next chapter represents a historic evolution: the launch and commercialization of a new category of VIP assets with long-term financial value.
THE ROLE
The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and support duties related to the daily operations of the Hospitality sales team. He/she will be responsible for supporting the Sales Director, Sales Manager, Sales team and CRM Manager to facilitate the team duties and enhance performance.
The Sales Coordinator should be a professional, team focused, positive individual. He/she will report to the Sales Manager, while working alongside additional key leadership and sales personnel across the project.
The role is full time and will require flexibility around hours, working 5 days across 7, including bank holidays when necessary.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Coordinator responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:
Administration supports the Sales Manager and sales team in the execution of the sales process for New Spotify Camp Nou Hospitality Sales.
Support in managing diaries by scheduling, prioritizing and managing appointments.
Assist in the preparation of the meetings, welcome and greet customers visits.
Maintain systems and procedures to support the efficient running of the sales process, visits and office management.
Assist in reading incoming correspondence and new leads. Supports in managing and assigning potential customers to sales team.
Ensure that cyclical and management deadlines for reports, reviews, budgets are met.
Assist in compiling information and preparation of reports.
Assist in the creation and coordination of special events and prospecting events to aid in new business development.
Participate in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as required.
Execute processes and best practices in aim of improving sales efficiency while maintaining a positive and innovative office culture.
Keep up to date with product information and ensure full understanding of all operating standards and procedures within the stadium for all suites across the stadium and the service of food and beverages.
REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
2-3 years of service and/or sales support experience preferred within the sports and/or entertainment industry or related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Experience in high-volume administration role. Organization and planning skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office, with a focus on Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
Self-starter with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
Willingness to learn.
Must be able to work collaboratively across all departments and have a team-first mentality.
Must have data entry skills with strong diligence and accuracy.
Sales skills and vision.
Language skills: Spanish, Catalán and English are required.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Location: On-site, Barcelona (Spain).
Availability for events and commercial activations outside regular working hours.
Full time.
