PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Legends Global is proud to once again partner with FC Barcelona, one of the most iconic institutions in world sport, as the club advances its long-term vision to elevate its premium experience and transform the Spotify Camp Nou.
Following the success of the first phase — during which Legends Global led the commercialization of the stadium’s entire VIP Hospitality portfolio — this next chapter represents a historic evolution: the launch and commercialization of a new category of VIP assets with long-term financial value, offered through an innovative licensing-based model.
This second project marks a decisive step in expanding and strengthening the club’s premium offering, contributing to the development of strategic assets aimed at high-value corporate clients and partners.
The VIP Sales Representative will play a key role in this high-impact initiative, contributing to one of the most significant commercial developments in European sports today.
THE ROLE
Legends Global seeks to hire a VIP Sales Representative for a high-level strategic project with FC Barcelona, leading the acquisition and management of high-value corporate clients within a VIP portfolio of financial nature and within the hospitality space.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the full commercial cycle — from prospecting to closing — and will participate in key events and initiatives focused on client acquisition and relationship development.
The project environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving, so we are looking for a highly adaptable, results-oriented profile with the ability to engage confidently with C-level decision-makers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting & Business Development
Identify and acquire corporate clients for a VIP Hospitality product structured as a long-term financial asset.
Build and manage a solid portfolio through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and CRM.
Deliver consultative presentations and tailored proposals for each client.
Manage the commercial pipeline and maximize conversion rates with an analytical approach.
Execute face-to-face meetings, both on and off site, to share overview of project, new premium hospitality opportunities, and secure commitments.
Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation methods.
Conduct sales conversations via phone presentations, in-office meetings, and meetings at the stadium.
Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through creative means including, but not limited to: networking events, speaking engagements, one-on-one dinners/lunches, prospect sampling at games, seat visits at games, open houses at stadium, and out of the office meetings.
Commercial Cycle Management
Lead strategic meetings with directors, vice presidents, and C-level executives.
Understand client needs and structure high-value premium solutions.
Lead negotiations and manage the closing process in coordination with internal teams.
Client Retention & Stakeholder Relations
Develop strong and lasting relationships with corporate clients.
Support clients throughout contracting, onboarding, and service usage processes.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, finance, customer experience) to ensure flawless execution.
Events & Representation
Participate in commercial events, activations, and acquisition-focused initiatives.
Attend matchday operations and hospitality operations according to the project calendar.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, communications, or related fields.
4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in sectors such as hospitality, sports business, real estate, investments, or premium services.
Experience negotiating with senior executives and high-level corporate clients.
Valuable experience in the sports sector or projects related to entertainment and VIP experiences.
Advanced knowledge of CRM (Salesforce highly valued).
Experience participating in acquisition and loyalty-building events.
Skills & Competencies
Impeccable communication, executive presence, and ability to build relationships with high-level
stakeholders.
Consultative profile with strategic thinking and strong persuasive ability.
High adaptability to work in changing, dynamic environments with rapidly evolving priorities.
Organization, autonomy, responsibility, and strong results-oriented mindset.
Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan highly valued.
Must be flexible to work outside traditional hours due to the fast pace of the projects and be available to travel.
COMPENSATION
Highly competitive salary structure, with a solid fixed component and a commissions and bonus scheme linked to individual and project performance.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Location: On-site, Barcelona (Spain).
Availability for events and commercial activations outside regular working hours.
Full time.
