About the Role
To inspire and delight our customers, teams, and venues with exceptional innovative food and beverage offers and delivery, that consider the local food culture, with regional and global food trends. This role keeps us ahead of the food and service curve! Writing, leading and delivering the development of our food and beverage strategy across each division. Working alongside the culinary, hospitality, venue operators and client teams to ensure that the vision, the operation and the commercial goals are a success.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the European food & beverage innovation strategy, inspiring senior teams with creative, commercially strong concepts across public and premium offers.
Design, pilot and implement scalable food programmes, delivering experiences from casual dining through to 5‑star standards while increasing guest spend.
Drive financial performance, revenue growth and innovation across multiple venues, including pitching new concepts and leading major venue transformations.
Mobilise F&B concepts for new venues and clients, ensuring technical catering readiness, full regulatory compliance and sustainability alignment.
Recruit, develop and lead high‑performing culinary teams, collaborating with senior stakeholders, suppliers and venue leadership across the region.
We are looking for someone with:
• A proven track record of food development within a multi-site organisation
• A solid grounding in the development and delivery of restaurant/catering concepts
• Demonstrated experience in a client facing role and confident in pitching new food concepts.
• Strong working knowledge of catering services equipment, able to work with Project Managers on new venues/client sites.
• Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Exceptional influential leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities
