Stockholm Live
Stockholm Live is a part of Legends Global, and is an arena operator managing some of the most visited venues in the Nordic region, including Avicii Arena, Strawberry Arena, 3Arena, Annexet, Hovet, and Södra Teatern, as well as the SkyView attraction at Avicii Arena. Each year, more than 3 million people visit the arenas to attend the events and activities hosted there.
About the role
As a Premium Manager, you will be responsible for both the operational and strategic work within Premium Services at Avicii Arena. The role involves ensuring high-quality delivery across all premium areas, including suites, lounges, conferences, and special events. You will ensure that every guest receives a first-class experience and that our services are delivered with the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Organizing, coordinating, and quality-assuring premium operations at all events, as well as being present during events
Leading, staffing, and motivating team members
Creating and developing premium concepts, menus, packages, and offerings
Ensuring all equipment, technology, and materials are in place before each event
Ensuring compliance with legislation, work environment regulations, safety procedures, and sustainability programs
Handling administrative tasks such as payroll approvals, invoices, orders, forecasts, and event evaluations
You are a driven, humble, and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You balance structure with creativity and have a keen eye for service, detail, and the overall guest experience. Building relationships comes naturally to you. You create trust with guests, colleagues, and internal stakeholders by being attentive, communicative, and present.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality, events, hotel, or restaurant industries
Proven leadership and operational management experience
Strong system skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Employment Details
This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. CBA: Unionen Visita. Start date: as soon as possible. Location: Globe District.
