Stockholm Live
Stockholm Live is a part of Legends Global, and is an arena operator managing some of the most visited venues in the Nordic region, including Avicii Arena, Strawberry Arena, 3Arena, Annexet, Hovet, and Södra Teatern, as well as the SkyView attraction at Avicii Arena. Each year, more than 3 million people visit the arenas to attend the events and activities hosted there.
About the role
As a Sous Chef within Retail at Strawberry Arena you support the Head Chef and play a key role in daily kitchen operations ensuring high quality, efficient production, and a well-functioning team. The role combines hands-on kitchen work with leadership and planning responsibilities.
You will actively work to reduce food waste through efficient processes while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and organization in the kitchen. You are also responsible for ensuring that food is stored, labeled, and distributed correctly.
Key Responsibilities
Food production and logistics for Retail and Fast Food operations
Lead and motivate a culinary team while ensuring standards are followed
Oversee daily opening and closing routines
Ensure recipes and guidelines are followed accurately
Receive goods and manage in accordance with company procedures
Support event during peak periods and lead service when needed
As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and confident in your leadership. Its important that you have strong communication skills, collaborate well with others, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
You are also detail-oriented and driven to continuously develop both yourself and your team. You have strong administrative skills and are comfortable working with recipes, cost calculations.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has
At least 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
Proven experience leading teams in a high-paced environment
Strong culinary knowledge with a keen eye for quality and detail
Good administrative skills (recipes, costing, ordering)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events
Strong communications skills in Swedish and English
Employment Details
This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. HRF employment with a monthly salary. Start date: as soon as possible.
