THE ROLE
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible to plan, facilitate and implement an operation that delivers world class customer service across all departments across the Estadio Bernabeu, ensuring operational quality and excellence is always maintained with the safe ordering, storage and movement of all product lines. Provide day-to-day operational advice, standard operating procedures, best practice and guidance to the direct report colleagues, employees, internal and external suppliers, in-line with business objectives and company standards. You will lead and develop a strong warehouse team, and through this team will manage up to 50 temporary employees on Matchday or non- matchday whilst developing a talented team of service professionals deliver exceptional service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develops a service led work environment, ensuring offers and initiatives are implemented delivering growth, profitability & continuous improvement.
Day-to-day participation in, and active contribution to, the Operational function, annual plans, budgets, and activities.
Instils a culture of achievement, results, and continuous improvement.
Instigates and implements the best Operational practice at site level.
Co-ordinate’s site Operational activities as required.
Implement clear SOP and SLA manuals throughout the catering operation and regulatory audit compliance with clear reporting.
Plan for optimal delivery of a world class match day and non-matchday experience/customer experience and ensure that the club surpasses customer expectations in line with agreed budgets.
Actively manages operations to deliver against the budget and monthly forecast.
Supports the team to deliver against the departmental annual business plan.
Accomplishes warehouse HR objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and adhering to policies and procedures.
Meets warehouse operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Also resolves problems and identifies warehouse system improvements.
Moves inventory to and from warehouse and coordinates inventory transfers with related departments.
Overseas the Delivery of supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, adheres to storage design principles, and recommends improvements.
Maintains inventory by conducting daily/monthly physical counts, reconciles variances, and inputs data.
Utilizes Inventory System to record and track inventory flow between departments and perpetual inventories.
Works with Management team on Month-End Inventory process.
Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
Excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education Requirement:
· Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Experience:
· You will have a minimum of 3 years' Management experience in a fast paced, high-volume Conference Centre, Hotel or Stadium warehouse environment preferrable
· Experienced in coaching team members through processes and leading where necessary.
Ability to manage and communicate clearly and effectively with the team.
Can work in a fast-moving environment.
Maintaining a customer focused approach to the management of all external relationships.
Management of time, working to tight deadlines to ensure priorities are met.
