Stockholm Live
Stockholm Live is a part of Legends Global, and is an arena operator managing some of the most visited venues in the Nordic region, including Avicii Arena, Strawberry Arena, 3Arena, Annexet, Hovet, and Södra Teatern, as well as the SkyView attraction at Avicii Arena. Each year, more than 3 million people visit the arenas to attend the events and activities hosted there.
About the role
We are looking for a Business Application Manager to take ownership of Stockholm Live's strategic business applications and drive their continued development. In this role, you will ensure that our business-critical platform including our mobile app, CRM, web platforms, payment solutions, ticketing systems, premium portals, and access control systems are reliable, integrated, and aligned with business needs.
Working closely with teams across Marketing, Ticketing, Commercial, Operations, and IT, you will lead digital development initiatives, improve system integrations and automation, and enhance the experience for both visitors and internal users. You will also manage external technology partners, leverage data and insights to optimize digital performance, and help shape Stockholm Live's digital future.
Key Responsibilities
Own and develop Stockholm Live's core application landscape, including mobile applications, CRM, web platforms, payment and access control systems
Drive system integrations and digital development initiatives that improve business processes, automation and customer experience
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs, implement new functionalities and support digital transformation initiatives
Use data, analytics and customer insights to optimize digital performance through reporting, dashboards, Google Analytics, A/B testing, and AI-driven initiatives
Train and support internal users, as well as managing vendor relationships, contracts and procurement processes for new technology solutions.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has
Academic degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Several years of experience in managing business-critical applications and digital platforms
Strong knowledge of mobile applications, CRM systems, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, A/B testing, system integrations and web-based solutions
Experience in working with external vendors, procurement processes and system implementation projects
Experience in developing digital roadmaps and driving continuous system improvements
Strong analytical skills with experience working with user data, reporting and digital insights
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Meritorious
Experience from live entertainment- or event industry
Experience working with ticketing platforms, payment systems or access control solutions
Ability to translate business requirements into wireframes and user interface concepts using Figma.
Employment Details
This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. Collective agreement with a monthly salary. Start date: Upon agreement. Location: Globe District.
