THE ROLE
The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across Iberia, ensuring accurate HR administration, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role coordinates key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, maintains HR systems and records, supports payroll activities, and provides operational support to employees, managers and the HR team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage the Factorial HR platform, including resolving issues, reporting bugs, and implementing new features.
Manage the full employee lifecycle in Factorial, ensuring all employee records and documentation are up to date.
Create, update, and manage employee documentation and HR templates.
Issue employment certificates and other documents requested by employees.
Coordinate and track mandatory Health & Safety (PRL) training.
Manage documentation in Dokify (Merch) for employee access to stadiums, events, and pop-up stores. CAE.
HR KPIs and reports.
Support in managing sanctions for cash discrepancies and unjustified absences.
Support the planning and organization of company events (Happy Hours, Town Halls, Gatherings, etc.).
Coordinate with the payroll provider for new hire registrations with Social Security and review employment contracts.
Communicate with stores to manage staff changes, employee movements, and HR-related situations, including preparing employment letters and other documents.
Keep records of maternity leave, paternity leave, sick leave, other absences, and paid leave according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education Requirement:
Relevant professional degree/post graduate accreditation in Human Resources
Personal attributes:
Experience managing HRIS platforms (Factorial experience is highly desirable).
Knowledge of Spanish labour legislation and HR administration processes.
Experience supporting payroll administration and maintaining employee records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience coordinating HR documentation, compliance, and reporting.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience:
Proven experience of working in a start-up/hyper growth environment.
Proven experience in a similar role (2 years).
Current knowledge of Spanish employment and related laws.
Experience of working with outsourced payroll bureaus.
Proven experience handle different Collective Bargain Agreement.
