About the Role
As our VIP Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving premium revenue growth through the sale of long-term memberships and exclusive VIP experiences at one of the world’s most iconic sporting venues. Based in London, you’ll thrive in a high-energy, performance-driven environment where innovation and ambition meet opportunity.
You’ll build meaningful relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, leading business development campaigns that connect elite audiences with unforgettable hospitality experiences. Working alongside global luxury brands and industry leaders, you’ll help redefine what world-class VIP hospitality looks like — delivering a truly elevated guest experience from vision to reality.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving significant revenue growth by prospecting, pitching, and closing VIP membership sales with C-level executives, corporate decision-makers, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Building and leveraging strong networks — particularly within luxury and premium markets — to present innovative VIP experiences through meetings, calls, and tailored sales interactions.
- Developing and nurturing client relationships through strategic engagement, networking events, and referral-building to create long-term partnerships.
- Exceeding individual sales targets by managing a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts, and utilising CRM tools to track performance and activity.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure exceptional client service, seamless contract fulfilment, and a premium experience at every stage of the customer journey.
You will have:
- Demonstrable, significant, sales expertise with experience selling VIP concepts, luxury hospitality, or premium B2B products, preferably within sport or entertainment environments.
- Strong educational foundation with a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, pitch, and influence key stakeholders effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the VIP hospitality and luxury markets, including the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Highly organized and collaborative mindset, with strong pipeline management skills and a team-first approach to achieving results.
